How long does an AI implementation take with TwoDots?
Most first milestones ship in 4 to 12 weeks. The AI Fit Sprint takes 30 days and produces a production roadmap. Full implementations depend on scope, but we always commit to a specific milestone date before starting.
What does 'ship or don't bill' mean?
If we miss a committed milestone, you don't pay for that milestone. We're outcome accountable. This is possible because we scope tightly before committing, not after.
Do I need a data team already in place?
No. The Plumbing service exists precisely because most SMBs don't have clean data infrastructure. We assess your data readiness in the AI Fit Sprint and handle any gaps before the model work begins.
Is TwoDots only for Shopify brands?
No. We work across Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, B2B e-commerce stacks, and custom platforms. What we require is a business doing $1M to $20M in revenue with operational data we can work with.
What is the difference between AI Implementation and an Embedded Team?
AI Implementation is a project with a defined scope, timeline, and deliverable. The Embedded Team is a monthly retainer where TwoDots AI engineers own your ongoing roadmap, monitor production models, and extend AI across your operations continuously.
